The sauna can be enjoyed by people aged 16+, of people aged 8+ if a Family Session is booked.

If you are pregnant or have any underlying health problems, please seek advice from your doctor before booking.

Listen to your body, take lots of breaks, and keep hydrated.

To gain the full benefits of hot-cold exposure, we recommend you spend 10-15 minutes in the sauna, before dipping in the sea or enjoying a chilly beach-side splash – and repeat as many times as you wish during your session.

For an authentic sauna experience, clients can manage the heat and intensity by pouring water on the stoves rocks until the heat reaches the required level. Just make sure you pour the water gently and do not dump it on the rocks.

You will need:

• Swimwear

• A water bottle

• Two towels – one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry with afterwards

• Flip flips or sandals for walking across the beach

• A torch for early morning and evening sessions

Due to limited space, we advise bringing minimal personal belongings with you. On entering the sauna there is a small porch where bags can be left, however Revive Wild Sauna takes no responsibility for damage or loss to clients property.

We are a wild sauna and so there are no changing facilities available at the saunas. We recommend clients arrive with their swimwear on and are prepared to change afterwards with a towel around them.
