Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your sauna booking up to 72 hours before your scheduled start time. Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice will be issued a full refund, minus the payment processing fee. To reschedule, use the button at the bottom of your booking confirmation email. Sessions that are cancelled and then rebooked at another time (rather than rescheduled) will be refunded minus the payment processing fee. We regret we cannot give refunds or amend appointments if less that 72 hours notice is given and we do not refund ‘no shows’. A communal sauna needs a minimum of 2 people to go ahead, if a session has only 1 booking we will contact you to rearrange the session. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to adverse weather, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund.
